However, if you require a quicker turnaround, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

We adhere strictly to the guidelines set forth by the Kimberley Process and all other relevant government regulations. We only source our diamonds from reputable suppliers who can provide certification to confirm that the diamonds are conflict-free.

All our Lab diamonds are produced in facilities that meet the following standards:

4. In addition, all Lab-Grown solitaires are certified by GIA or IGI providing you complete peace of mind.

All our jewelry above $1000 comes with a GIA Gemologist appraisal certificate. Additionally, for all our engagement rings, our center stone solitaire diamonds comes with a GIA or an IGI certificate.

Once you confirm your order at our retail store, we ask for a 50% deposit within 24 hours. This will secure your diamond and we will begin production on your custom jewelry! Payment is accepted in the form of credit card, wire transfer, or e-Transfer. Before pickup at our retail store, the remaining 50% must be paid in full.
